The Bothy, Ben Damph Estate

An off-grid stone bothy on the shores of Loch Torridon, rebuilt from the ruin of an old blackhouse on a 14,500-acre Highland estate. Two rooms with wood-burning stoves, a "sitooterie" with sweeping views to Ben Alligin, a gas-powered hot shower, and a composting loo with arguably the best view on the estate. No electricity, no signal, just the hills.
